Johnny Manziel's NCAA Drama

Johnny "Football" Manziel, last years play making Heisman winner last season. This summer after his emergence into the world or collegiate football he has been in some real trouble trying to handle the spotlight of becoming a household name. It started earlier this summer at the Peyton Manning passing camp. This camp was a place where some of the best quarterbacks in college football get to showcase their skills, and enhance them with Peyton Manning. This camp was a huge success for Manziel. That was until the last day of camp which he didn't attend. According to his roommate at the camp, A.J. McCarron,the starting quarterback for Alabama Manziel was hungover the night and after being attempted to be woken up multiple times wouldn't wake up. He left the camp later that day. Then about a month ago he went to a frat party for Texas University. This was a huge controversy because he attends Texas A&M and they are huge rivals. At this party he was spotted getting drunk and he was kicked out of the party. Then the newest chapter to the tale of Johnny "Football" that came out very recently. He is now no longer in trouble with the media alone, he now faces penalties for accepting money for autographs. It has been reported that he has received up to 7,500 dollars from this. It is against NCAA student athlete Bylaw 12.5.2.1 which prohibits "accepting money for promoting or advertising the commercial sale of a product or service". Because of this violation he is now in college football limbo. If enough evidence is found against him which it might, Manziel could be judged as ineligible by the NCAA and may not be able to play at all this season. MLB Biogenisis Scandel

Earlier this baseball season there was a scandal in MLB. It started at the end of last season when Ryan Braun won the MVP for the National League last season. This award was very disputed among the baseball community. It was reported that last season he used peds to help him preform. While he avoided suspension he has been under a lot of fire since then. Earlier this season he was involved in another peds scandal. This time he wasn't the only big name. Alex Rodriguez and Nelson Cruz are some of the all star names that could be suspended very soon. Braun has already been suspended for the remainder of the season, but he isn't going to get the biggest suspension. A-rod is expected to get a suspension between 100 games and a lifetime ban. He is also the most controversial player also. Several years ago A-rod admitted to using peds. Some people are saying that because there was no policy against peds when he admitted to it he shouldn't receive a huge penalty. Others are saying that because he already has done peds and because he knows the policy he should know by now the rules and should get  lifetime ban. Give your opinion in the comment!!

MLB second Half predections

Hey its Anthony coming back from a very, very, very, very, very, very, very long break with another blog post. The all star break has finally come anf=d gone in the MLB and the second half of the season if getting ready to start These are my predictions for the playoffs and what I think will be the MLB champions this season.

American league



The three teams I have winning their divisions are the Boston Red Sox, the Detroit Tigers, and the Oakland A's. All three of these teams are on hot streaks and have distanced themselves from the rest of the pack. While all of the leading teams have distanced themselves teams like the Tampa Bay Rays, The Baltimore Oriels, The Cleveland Indians, and the Texas Rangers could become the leaders of their divisions by the time that October comes. I have the Tampa Bay Rays making it as the wild card team. The two teams that have good enough recoreds to even be considered are the Baltimore Oriels and the Tampa bay Rays. Whil the oriels have a much better field than the Rays their pitching staff cannot matchup. Jason Hammel and Miguel Gnzalez and in no way better pitchers that David Price and Matt Moore.

U.S.A

Welcome to the 2012 London Olympics. This is your awesome host Anthony. I want to start off my Olympic posts with the U.S.A men's basketball team. Their first game was yesterday. They didn't disappoint. Their first game is against the Tony Parker and France. At the end of the first quarter the French maneged to stay within one point of the heavy favorites to win gold. After the first quarter though the french luck ran out. The Americans went to their 11th man early in the game. Kevin Love the 10th man on the team was the second leading scorer. The leading scorer in the NBA for 3 straight years lead the USA with 22 points and a win. The USA will play four more game after this in the preliminary rounds of the tournament. Bye Linsanity

Jeremy Lin is no longer a New York Knickerbocker. After deciding that money is more important than than winning he left to go to the Rockets, the team that in the beginning of last year dropped him. The Knicks may not be missing him because of their acquisition of Raymond Felton. This season Lin won't be missing the$$$$$$$$$$$$, but he will be missing the Knicks.

Linsane!!!!!!!

Jeremy Lin is the star of the NBA right now. He scorching all of these teams and is one of the few who cn have an impact and only score 10 points. He can dish and swish and that helps the knickerbocker knickerocker MSG. The Knicks play the celtics tomorrow and as a knicks fan i have the knicks winning by 30 points. I don't know bout you but i'm ready to go linsane.

Super bowl 46:prolouge

The Giants and Patriots are back at it in the super bowl. This is an '08 rematch that everyone is waiting to see. As you may remember '08 was leaning towards the pats.  Late in the game David Tyree had a helmet catch and brought the Giants within scoring range. With under minute to go Eli Manning found Plaxico Burrues in the corner of the end zone and ends the game. Now lets stop talking about the past and talk about the future.n I really want the giants to win this game. They had to go through the top two teams in the NFC nd they certainly deserve the win. The Patriots will win this game despite me rooting against them. Talent wise they are way better than the Giants. The Giants also don't have the smae guys who won the super bowl for them last time.
